Welcome to WonderNest™️! The terms "we," "us," and "our" refer to WonderNest™️. WonderNest™️ operate this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services, in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the "Services"). WonderNest™️ is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

The terms below, together with any referenced policies (these "Terms of Service" or "Terms"), describe your rights and responsibilities when using the Services. By visiting, interacting with, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Services.

Section 1 — Access and Account

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, and that you consent to any minor dependents using the Services on devices you own, purchase, or manage. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for the security of your account credentials.

Section 2 — Our Product

We've made every effort to accurately represent our product, though colors or appearance may differ depending on your device and settings, and the actual product may vary from what's depicted online.

We may update the product description, discontinue the product, or limit the quantities available to a customer, geographic region, or jurisdiction, without prior notice.

Section 3 — Orders

When you place an order, you're making an offer to purchase. We'll confirm your order once payment has been received and processed.

You may cancel or change your order within 24 hours of purchase by emailing hello@shopwondernest.com. After 24 hours, or once your order has been fulfilled, whichever happens first, it is final: you will not have the right to cancel it, and any issue with a fulfilled order is handled under our Shipping & Returns policy instead.

Subscription orders are also subject to our Subscription Terms & Cancellation Policy, including its minimum commitment period.

If we're unable to fulfill your order, or need to change or cancel it on our end, we'll notify you using the email address provided at checkout.

Purchases are for your own personal or household use, not for commercial resale or export.

Section 4 — Prices and Billing

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged is the price in effect when the order is placed, as shown in your order confirmation. Posted prices don't include taxes, shipping, or import charges unless stated. You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information and to keep it up to date.

If you purchase a subscription, your initial purchase authorizes WonderNest™️ to charge your payment method for each future subscription order on the applicable billing cycle, until your subscription is cancelled or paused through your Customer Portal (subscriptions started on or after October 1, 2026) or by contacting our Support team (subscriptions started before that date); as described in our Subscription Terms & Cancellation Policy.

Section 5 — Shipping and Delivery

We're not liable for shipping delays. All delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and we're not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control. Once we transfer your order to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.

Section 6 — Intellectual Property

All content on the Services such as trademarks, text, images, product reviews, and design, is owned by WonderNest™️, its affiliates, or licensors, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial use only.

Section 7 — Optional Tools

Some tools on the Site may be provided by third parties, "as is" and "as available," without warranty. Use of any third-party tool is at your own risk.

Section 8 — Third-Party Links

The Services may link to third-party sites we don't operate or control. We're not responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices. Review their policies before engaging with them.

Section 9 — Relationship with Shopify

WonderNest™️ is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make are made directly with WonderNest™️. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of a sale between you and WonderNest™️, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products or services. You release Shopify and its affiliates from claims, damages, and liabilities arising from your purchases and transactions with WonderNest™️.

Section 10 — Privacy Policy

All personal information we collect is subject to our Privacy Policy, and certain information may also be subject to Shopify's Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you acknowledge you've read both.

Section 11 — Feedback

If you submit ideas, reviews, or other feedback, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use it for any purpose, including commercial use. You're responsible for making sure your feedback doesn't violate anyone's rights and isn't false, misleading, or unlawful.

Section 12 — Errors, Inaccuracies, and Omissions

Occasionally the Services may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions related to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, or availability. We reserve the right to correct these, and to update information or cancel affected orders, at any time; including after an order has been submitted, if it was based on inaccurate information. This is separate from your own right to cancel an order described in Section 3, and applies only where the order itself was affected by an error.

Section 13 — Prohibited Uses

You may use the Services for lawful purposes only. You may not use the Services to violate any law, infringe on anyone's rights, harass or harm others, transmit false or misleading information, use our product or the WonderNest™️ brand to scam or defraud others, send spam, impersonate someone else, or interfere with the security or operation of the Services. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates this section.

Section 14 — Termination

We may terminate this agreement or your access to the Services if you violate these Terms. You'll remain responsible for all amounts due up to the date of termination. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Intellectual Property, Feedback, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, and Indemnification) will continue to apply.

Section 15 — Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services and the product offered through them are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't guarantee the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

Section 16 — Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WonderNest™️, our partners, directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, service providers, and licensors; and those of Shopify and its affiliates, are not liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages (including lost profits, lost revenue, or loss of data) arising from your use of the Services or any product procured through them.

Section 17 — Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WonderNest™️, Shopify, and our respective affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, losses, or liabilities; including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law or third-party right, or your use of the Services.

Section 18 — Severability

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in full effect.

Section 19 — Waiver; Entire Agreement

Our failure to enforce a provision doesn't waive our right to do so later. These Terms, together with any referenced policies, are the entire agreement between you and WonderNest™️ regarding the Services.

Section 20 — Headings

Headings are for convenience only and don't affect interpretation of these Terms.

Section 21 — Changes to Terms of Service

We may update, change, or replace any part of these Terms by posting the updated version to this page. Material changes will be communicated in accordance with applicable law, effective on the date specified in the notice. Continuing to use the Services after a change means you accept it.
